- Siapkan bahan bahan.
- Masak santan, gula pasir, garam, daun jeruk, aduk aduk sd larut, matikan api, dinginkan.
- Bagi adonan jadi 2, beri 1 adonan dgn coklat bubuk.
- Panaskan kukusan, olesi tempat cetakan dgn minyak, tuang adonan lapis pertama, kukus selama 5 mnt/sampe adonan matang (sy = 7 menit), tuang lapisan ke 2 kukus selama 7 menit dst lakukan sd adonan habis, kemudian kukus lagi selama 30 menit.
